7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VoltEdgepk. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
* The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
* All original accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
* Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
* Items damaged due to improper use, drops, or unauthorized modifications.

How to Request a Return:
1. Contact our support team at ahmadrohab355@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos showing the issue.
2. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
